Specific instances:

Delivered EDGE to a global cosmetics ingredients supplier. We reviewed consumer and market trends and competitor activity. Devised a plan for how the information could be used to build credibility with their clients. We created marketing materials and an event for sharing the intelligence with B2B clients.  

Using RISE, we helped a B2B coaching company to open up a new market. We re-ignited their sales efforts, this included analysing and segmenting their existing client base, creating a rationale for targeting specific segments, delivering a new sales and marketing strategy and implementing a series of unique videos to engage the target audience with.

Having agreed to offer ACCELERATE to this membership organisation, we reviewed what wasn't working with their sales growth efforts and client relationships. We proposed a restructuring of the sales team so it was better aligned with the offer and helped the team develop client plans. Sales are increasing. We subsequently supported specific sales initiatives, analysed customer journeys and implemented revised approach to ensuring client retention. 

We were asked to deliver RESCUE, a mediation into a management consultant client, two partners had fallen out and their animosity towards each other had become such an issue it could no longer be ignored. We succeeded in helping them to find ways to work together.

Liz has set up and successfully run her own business as well as working for some of the  larger corporates including Diageo and ASDA. She has spent time working for medium sized enterprises in both the UK and Australia. She wants to share her acquired knowledge for the benefit of her clients and has found a natural home after have become an accredited mediator with the Society of Mediators.
