Workplace mediation


Using professional mediators for when disputes arise between colleagues can be hugely helpful in preserving relationships and ensuring you are able to get back to or indeed improve certain work situations.  They arent relevant when a decision about right or wrong is needed - such as in cases of criminal activity or overt abuse. But are relevant if you are wanting relationships to be rebuilt. Professional mediation enables company leaders to focus on growing their businesses and is impartial (and is seen as such). It enables lets what can sometimes be a difficult  situation be handled by an external expert. UK workplace mediations are very successful with 74% resulting in good outcomes (according to the CIPD) and if disputes are caught early this figure rises to 85%.
